CHANGE IN PERSONNEL. As soon as reasonably possible, but no later than thirty (30) days, Contractor shall provide HCA notice of any changes to Contractor’s key personnel, including, but not limited to, key personnel in human resources, payroll, and Contractor’s Contract Manager.

CHANGE IN PERSONNEL. As soon as reasonably possible, but no later than thirty (30) days, Contractor shall provide HCA notice of any changes to Contractor’s key personnel, including, but not limited to, key personnel in human resources, payroll, and Contractor’s Contract Manager. Failure to make a timely notice may result in missed training opportunities for Contractor's key personnel, missed adjustments, and potential processing delays or errors.
