Common use of Change in Scope Clause in Contracts

Change in Scope. The scope of work authorized in a work authorization may only be altered through execution of a supplemental to a work authorization. If the change in scope affects the amount payable under a work authorization, a revised work authorization budget shall be incorporated in the supplemental to a work authorization.
