Common use of Change in Specifications Clause in Contracts

Change in Specifications. The Specifications may be changed upon mutual written agreement of the Parties at any reasonable time prior to manufacture of corresponding Products and in any case not less than ninety (90) days prior to commencement of manufacturing of the corresponding Products. Any costs incurred by ODM (and approved in writing by ***) to accommodate such changes as well as any possible price difference following such change (and agreed in writing by ***) shall be borne by ***.
