Change in Terms or Conditions. During the continuation period provided in Article 1.02 above, neither party shall attempt to take any action or make any changes in the terms and conditions of employment, which would be inconsistent with the express terms of this Agreement.

  • Changes to these Terms and Conditions Reserving the right to change these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change or add to these terms and conditions from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons or in order to assist the proper delivery of education at the School.
