Common use of Change in Working Conditions Clause in Contracts

Change in Working Conditions. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Agreement, wherever the Employer alters or otherwise affects a major change in the job content of any employee, which, it is claimed, is not provided for therein, such alteration or change shall become a matter for negotiations, or failing agreement, for Arbitration under the terms provided elsewhere in this Agreement.
