Common use of Change of Details Clause in Contracts

Change of Details. A Party may notify the other Parties of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of clause 22.2 provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

Change of Details. A Party party may notify the other Parties parties to this Agreement of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of clause 22.2 provided 22.1 Provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

A Party party may notify the other Parties party or parties to this agreement of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of clause 22.2 provided that clause18.2 PROVIDED THAT such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 (a) the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 (b) if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

Change of Details. A Party party may notify the other Parties parties to this Agreement of a change to its name, relevant person, address in the United Kingdom or facsimile number for the purposes of clause 22.2 provided 21.1 Provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 21.5.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 21.5.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

Change of Details. A Party may notify the other Party or Parties to this Agreement of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of clause 22.2 Clause 17.1 provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 (a) the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 (b) if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear (5) Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear (5) Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

Change of Details. A Party Either party may notify the other Parties party at any time of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number details for the purposes of clause 22.2 CLAUSE 21.3 provided that such notification shall only be effective on:on:- 22.5.1 (A) the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 (B) if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been servedgiven, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have has been given.

A Party party may notify the other Parties parties to this Agreement of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of clause 22.2 23.1 provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 23.5.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 23.5.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

Change of Details. A Party may notify the other Parties of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number email address for the purposes of clause 22.2 26.2 (Address, email) provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 : 26.5.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 or 26.5.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been serveddelivered, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been givendelivered.

A Party Any party may notify the other Parties parties at any time of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number details for the purposes of clause 22.2 21.3 provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 (A) the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 (B) if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been servedgiven, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have has been given.

A Party party may notify the other Parties parties to this Agreement of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of sub-clause 22.2 provided 20.1 Provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 20.5.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 20.5.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

A Party party may notify the other Parties party to this Agreement of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of clause 22.2 provided that Clause 32.2 (Address for communication) PROVIDED THAT such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 32.5.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; place or 22.5.2 32.5.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five 5 clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five 5 clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

Change of Details. A Party may notify the other Party or Parties to this agreement of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of clause 22.2 provided that Clause 17.1 PROVIDED THAT such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 (a) the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 (b) if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

A Party party may notify the other Parties party or parties to this agreement of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of clause 22.2 provided that Clause 15.1 PROVIDED THAT such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 (a) the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 (b) if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

A Party may notify the other Parties of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of sub-clause 22.2 24.2 (Address and facsimile) provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 24.5.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 24.5.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

Change of Details. A Party party may notify the other Parties parties to this Agreement of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of clause 22.2 Clause 18.1 provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 18.5.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 18.5.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

A Party Either party may notify the other Parties party at any time of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number details for the purposes of clause 22.2 Clause 23.3 (Parties’ Details) provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 (A) the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 (B) if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been servedgiven, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have has been given.

Change of Details. A Party may notify the other Parties of a change to its name, relevant person, person or address or facsimile number for the purposes of clause 22.2 20.3 provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 20.6.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 20.6.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five 5 clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five 5 clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.

Change of Details. A Party party may notify the other Parties parties to this Agreement of a change to its name, relevant person, address or facsimile number for the purposes of sub-clause 22.2 18.1 provided that such notification shall only be effective on: 22.5.1 18.5.1 the date specified in the notification as the date on which the change is to take place; or 22.5.2 18.5.2 if no date is specified or the date specified is less than five clear Business Days after the date on which notice is deemed to have been served, the date falling five clear Business Days after notice of any such change is deemed to have been given.
