Common use of Change of Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Change of Qualifications. An employee who becomes entitled to an increase in salary by reason of a change in qualifications which changes his/her salary placement must forthwith submit to Human Resources, documentation satisfactory to the appropriate ▇▇▇▇ in support of his/her claim. The increase shall be retroactive to the date of successful completion upon receipt of a letter from the appropriate institution, providing it does not exceed three (3) months and is within the same fiscal year. Human Resources shall inform the member in writing of his/her new step placement and maximum placement.
