Common use of Change of Ratio Clause in Contracts

Change of Ratio. The definition of ADS in paragraph (1) (c) of the Deposit Agreement is hereby amended as of the Effective Date by deleting the last part of the second sentence and inserting the following in its stead: “each ADS represents the right to receive one-half (1/2) of one Share.”
