Change of Registrar not transfer of Domain Name Registration. For the avoidance of doubt, a change of your Registrar of Record does not operate to transfer the registration of a Domain Name to another person and the provisions of this Clause 4.4 do not supplant the provisions of Clause 5.5 below.
