Common use of CHANGE OF ROOMMATES Clause in Contracts

CHANGE OF ROOMMATES. If there is a change of roommates on this lease agreement, there will be a Roommate Adjustment Fee of $25.00 per roommate. Any new roommates must complete a Rental Application form and the income requirements for rental must still be met. Unless Landlord agrees otherwise in writing, any departing ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s interest in the security deposit will automatically transfer to the replacement or remaining Tenant(s). The departing Tenant will not be released from liability for the remaining term of this Rental Agreement unless ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees in writing. If the departing Tenant is not released, such Tenant’s liability for future rents will be reduced by the amount of rent actually received from any replacements or remaining Tenants.
