CHANGE OF ROOMS. 12.1 Subject to availability and prior written consent from the Landlord, should the Resident wish to change rooms during the Lease Period, an additional Administration Fee will be payable together with the signature of an Addendum to this Agreement, prior to any change of Room by the Resident.
