Change of Service Order. If USWC requests a modification to the information contained in a Service Order (other than a Change of Service Date) prior to completion of installation of the Service, USWC will incur a Change of Service Order Charge. No charge will be incurred if the change is to the IXC part of the Service Order and is administrative in nature (i.e., billing address, contact information, etc.).
