In the event that, after the Effective Date, AstraZeneca changes locations or closes a business unit or location related to Corporate Integrity Agreement AstraZeneca Promotional Functions or Product Related Functions, AstraZeneca shall notify OIG of this fact as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days after the date of change or closure of the location.
