  • Return or Destruction of Confidential Information If an Interconnection Party provides any Confidential Information to another Interconnection Party in the course of an audit or inspection, the providing Interconnection Party may request the other party to return or destroy such Confidential Information after the termination of the audit period and the resolution of all matters relating to that audit. Each Interconnection Party shall make Reasonable Efforts to comply with any such requests for return or destruction within ten days of receiving the request and shall certify in writing to the other Interconnection Party that it has complied with such request.

  • Disposition of Confidential Information Upon request of City or termination or expiration of this Agreement, and pursuant to any document retention period required by this Agreement, Contractor shall promptly, but in no event later than thirty (30) calendar days, return all data given to or collected by Contractor on City’s behalf, which includes all original media. Secure disposal shall be accomplished by “clearing,” “purging” or “physical destruction,” in accordance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-88 or most current industry standard.

  • Member Information a. ODM, or its designee, will provide membership notices, informational materials, and instructional materials to members and eligible individuals in a manner and format that may be easily understood. At least annually, ODM or its designee will provide current MCP members with an open enrollment notice which describes the managed care program and includes information on the MCP options in the service area and other information regarding the managed care program as specified in 42 CFR 438.10. b.   • Definition of Confidential Information The term “Confidential Information” shall mean all information that either party discloses (a “Disclosing Party”) to the other party (a “Receiving Party”), whether in writing, electronically, or orally and in any form (tangible or intangible), that is confidential, proprietary, or relates to clients or shareholders (each either existing or potential).
