Change Policy. If you must cancel for any reason before June 1, 2024 your registration will be refunded less a $50 processing fee per week. Cancellations after June 1, 2024 will be refunded half of your registration. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 14 days prior to the start of your camp week; otherwise a refund will not be available. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clubs require in writing any changes of camp choice one week prior to the camp to be attended. This includes but is not limited to any promotional discounts received at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Events or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Sponsored Activities. ● All camp paperwork must be completed and turned in with payment to receive a discount. ● Before and After Care – Before Care and After Care are an additional fee of $20 PER DAY or $75 PER WEEK per camper. Pricing is for both before and after care combined and cannot be prorated for partial care on any given day or week. Before Care begins at 7:30am and runs until camp begins at 9:00am daily. Aftercare begins at 4pm and runs until 6pm daily. By registering my child(ren) for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Summer Camps I am in agreement that I have read and understand ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clubs payment policy. I acknowledge that all payments in full, or on a payment plan, must be made on or before the first of the month of the camp that my child will attend. I understand that my child is not fully registered for the camp program until payment is made in full and all required paperwork is completed.

I understand that my child is not fully registered for the camp program until payment is made in full and all required paperwork is completed. I understand that all full day summer camps may include a daily swim time in the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clubs Aquatics Center. I am aware that my child will be required to complete and pass a deep water swim test with Summer Camps to allow him/her to swim in the “deep end” (deeper than 3 feet) or active water areas (whirlpool or moving current areas including certain water slides) of any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clubs Pools. I understand that a certified lifeguard must deem my child “passed” in order for my child to swim in these noted pool areas. Please advise a camp director or aquatics director in writing if your child has a fear of the water or cannot swim. The ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Swim Test is for all children and includes swimming one length of the pool without breaking, treading water in the deep end for 1 minute and floating on their back for 1 minute without assistance. I understand that if my child can pass the test, they are ready to swim in the above listed areas of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clubs Aquatics areas. Each camper who passes the test will receive a bracelet to wear to announce to the lifeguards and camp staff which area of the pools the camper is allowed to swim. If a camper does not pass the test but would like to retake the test at a later date, this can be scheduled with a lifeguard or Camp Director at our convenience. I understand that these rules have been established in the best interest and safety of your child while in our pools. Lunch Program (If applicable – please contact your location directly for more information) Parents must send their campers with a bag lunch or purchase a lunch package. Due to limited refrigeration and kitchen appliances, please do not send items that require refrigeration or that may need to be heated. Please be sure that your child’s lunch box or bag is labeled with ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s full name. Certain locations will have the option to add the on-site lunch program to your child’s camp week. Food orders must be placed Monday thru Friday the week prior to the camp attending. I acknowledge that there will be no reduction of fees for emergency closings, or if the site is forced to close or for an extended period of time due to circumstances beyond ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Clubs control (ie. A water main break, power outage, severe/inclement weather, etc).
