Changes and Revisions Sample Clauses

The "Changes and Revisions" clause defines the process by which modifications to the original agreement, project scope, or deliverables can be proposed, reviewed, and implemented. Typically, this clause outlines the steps required for either party to request a change, such as submitting a written notice or change order, and may specify how adjustments to timelines, costs, or responsibilities will be handled. Its core function is to provide a structured and mutually agreed-upon method for managing alterations, thereby reducing misunderstandings and disputes when changes become necessary during the course of a project or contract.
