Changes by Customer. Any change to a Service, including its addition or deletion, must be made via a DOS Form signed by an Agent and accompanied by any Addendum, Schedules, Forms, and/or Exhibits as may be reasonably required by Bank and will not be effective until such time as it is received and accepted by Bank and Bank has had a reasonable opportunity to act on it. Any other modification or amendments by Customer to this Agreement will be in writing and signed by Customer and will be effective when expressly accepted by Bank.
Changes by Customer. During the course of the Agreement, the Customer may request changes to the terms set out in the Order Form/Quotation to address Customer‐specific circumstances or needs by contacting Ooredoo through its official channels described at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. • Ooredoo will decide whether the change can be made and advise the Customer in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt of any request to modify the terms of the Order Form/ Quotation. If Ooredoo agrees to accept the proposed change, it will provide confirmation to the Customer that the requested changes have been implemented or prepare a proposal (“Change Proposal “) describing the effect the change will have on the price, delivery and other terms and conditions of the Agreement. • If the Customer is in agreement with Ooredoo’s Change Proposal, the Customer must accept the Change Proposal in writing within thirty (30) days of the date of the Change Proposal. • If the Customer does not send written notification accepting Ooredoo’s Change Proposal within (30) days of the date of the Change Proposal, the Agreement shall remain unchanged.
Changes by Customer. These are the audits carried out to control changes such as Change of Customer Title, Change of Customer Activity Scope, Change of Customer Address and Branches. If the official status of the customer (address, title, etc.) has changed before the change audits, the service agreement is renewed. Change requests are received from the companies in written with the M.FR.08.15 OK/BK Change Notification Form. NOTICE can evaluate these changes with an on-site audit. If a document revision or additional document is required as a result of the change, the current document validity period does not change. If an additional document is given, the validity period of this document will be the same as the current document.
Changes by Customer. Subject to Section 3.04(a), if there is any Change in Law that: (1) is enacted by, at the request of, or on behalf of Customer, or a Governmental Authority directly controlling, or controlled by, Customer; (2) is enacted or becomes effective subsequent to the Effective Date; and (3) will result in an increase, in any amount, to Provider’s total costs to provide the Solar Services, then Provider shall promptly submit to Customer a written Change in Law Notice setting forth: (i) the citation of the Change in Law; (ii) the manner in which the Change in Law increases Provider’s costs to provide the Solar Services, including a description of the calculation of such increase; and (iii) Provider’s proposed adjustment to the kWh Rates (“Rate Adjustment”) to reflect such increase.
Changes by Customer. During the Subscription Term, Customer may purchase more capacity at any time, and payment will be due in accordance with Section 5 above for such larger capacity. Customer may also downgrade capacity at any time, provided however, that Customer shall not be entitled to receive any credit or refund for such downgrade.
Changes by Customer. If Customer changes Specifications of the Products at any time after the initial order is placed or the order is started in production based on Firm Commitment, and Manufacturer agrees such change is reasonable with regard to Products manufacture; (i) such change shall be incorporated within the Specifications via a written CCR reviewed and agreed upon in writing by both Manufacturer and Customer; (ii) the Parties shall adjust the total Prices of Products and amend Schedule 3 accordingly, if there are increases or decreases in any Manufacturer Materials or any chemical and component costs greater than [***] percent ([***]%), of which Manufacturer shall give Customer [***] ([***]) days’ notice of the effective date of such increase or decrease; and (iii) Customer shall pay Manufacturer for the costs associated with such change including, but not limited to, any additional development or validation studies required, charged at Manufacturer’s then-prevailing R&D rates. Customer will be responsible for any reasonable fees resulting from changes to the scope of work outlined in the Purchase Order; however, Customer must approve changes to the budget in writing prior to initiating new work or incurring additional fees. In avoidance of doubt, no change in the CCR shall be implemented by Manufacturer until the Parties have agreed in writing to such change, the implementation date of such change, and any increase or decrease in costs, expenses or fees associated with such change. No revisions to the Specifications that would affect the manufacture of a Product shall be submitted to any Regulatory Authorities unless approved by all Parties in writing.
Changes by Customer. Upon expiry of any Term, the Customer has the option to select alternate ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ any time through contracting EH!tel customer support. EH!tel requires 3 Business days for the service change to take effect. Any changes in the service fee will not take effect until the next billing cycle.
