Changes in Applicable Laws. 1. In the event of significant modification to the Applicable Laws of a Participant's country that are within the scope of this Memorandum, the Participants intend to consult promptly, and, if possible, prior to the effective date of such enactments, to determine whether to modify this Memorandum.
