Common use of Changes in Employment Status Clause in Contracts

Changes in Employment Status. An Employee who did not become a Participant on the Entry Date coincident with or next following the date on which he or she met the participation requirements because he or she was not then an Eligible Employee shall become eligible to be a Participant on the first date on which he or she again becomes an Eligible Employee unless determined otherwise in accordance with Section 2.3.1 of the Plan.
