Changes in Job Requirements. If the Employer identifies additional training or education which it requires employees to complete to upgrade their qualifications as a condition of employment, the employees shall be paid for attendance at such program (s), and such time shall be considered as regular hours paid. Employees shall be reimbursed for Employer-approved registration, travel and accommodation costs.
