Changes in Regeneron Detailing Commitment. Regeneron may change the Regeneron Commitment Level on a product-by-product and country-by-country basis by giving [*********************] notice in writing to Novartis and to the JSC; provided, however, that in no event may the Regeneron Commitment Level exceed the Maximum Regeneron Effort, and provided, further, that any increase in the Regeneron Commitment Level shall not be effective if the JSC reasonably determines that such change would have an adverse effect on the Parties' shared goal of optimizing the commercial potential of the applicable IL-1 Product.
