CHANGES MADE BY TENANT. No changes to the Rental Unit by Tenant are allowed without Landlord's written consent. When Tenant moves out, Landlord may keep, remove or repair any such changes. The cost of removal or repairs and the cost of restoring the Rental Unit is the responsibility of the Tenant. Tenant will not change the locks in the Rental Unit or install any additional locking devices without Landlord's written permission.

When Tenant moves out, Landlord may keep, remove or repair any such changes. The cost of removal of changes, repairs and restorations of the Rental Unit is the responsibility of the Tenant. Tenant will not change the locks in the Rental Unit or install any additional locking devices without Landlord’s written permission. If any locks are changed or installed by Tenant, Tenant must give Landlord a duplicate set of keys immediately. If tenant does not give landlord key the landlord has the right to change the lock without notice to tenant.
