Common use of Changes to Agreements Clause in Contracts

Changes to Agreements. A. The Collective Bargaining Agreement incorporated herein shall continue in full force and effect until the Contractor and/or Unions to the Collective Bargaining Agreements notify the County in writing of the mutually agreed upon changes in provisions of such agreements which are applicable to the Project, and their effective dates. B. It is agreed that any provisions negotiated into the Collective Bargaining Agreements incorporated by reference herein shall not apply to work on this Project if such provisions are less favorable to this Project than those uniformly required of contractors for construction work normally covered by those agreements; nor shall any provision be recognized or applied on this Project if it may be construed to apply exclusively, or predominantly, to work covered by this Agreement. C. Any disagreement between signatories to this Agreement over the incorporation into provisions agreed upon in the renegotiation of a Collective Bargaining Agreements incorporated by reference herein shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure set forth in Section 8.0 of this Agreement.
