Changes to Class Specifications. If the Employer determines that class specifications are to be changed, added to, deleted, or amended, notification of proposed new or revised specifications accompanied by a copy of the current specifications shall be furnished to the Union by the Employee Services Department at least ten (10) days prior to approval of the new or revised specification unless concurrence is received prior to the conclusion of the ten (10) day period. After approval, a copy of the new or revised specification will be forwarded to the Union.
