Common use of Changes to Fees Clause in Contracts

Changes to Fees. and exchange rates that we tell you about in our additional terms will come into effect if you accept them. For changes to the Terms, we’ll give you 30 days’ notice before the amendment comes into force, setting out the new clause, or the amended clause, (where required) the clause as it read formerly, and the date of the coming into force of the amendment, and your right to terminate the Agreement without cost or penalty.
