Changes to Price Sample Clauses

The "Changes to Price" clause defines the conditions under which the agreed-upon price for goods or services may be adjusted during the term of a contract. Typically, this clause outlines the specific circumstances that justify a price change, such as fluctuations in material costs, changes in scope, or regulatory requirements, and may require one party to provide advance notice or documentation supporting the adjustment. Changes to Price. You agree that we can change the Tuition Fee. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking any such action. Any increase in the Tuition Fee will be effective from the start of the next Enrollment Period. If you do not wish to continue using the Academy after a price increase, you can cancel your Enrollment any time before the price increase and your cancellation will be effective from the start of the following Enrollment Period.
Changes to Price. The price of this Contract is not fixed, and may be altered as a result of: • the actual cost of Prime Cost Items and work for which Provisional Sums have been specified exceeding the estimates set out in this Contract (see items 19 & 20 of the Schedule); • interest on overdue payments (see clause 28); • surveying of the land where this is required (see clause 14); • any additional amounts payable for excavation work for the construction of footings (see clause 80); • any order made by the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal or a Court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction; • costs and delays attributable to the Owner (see clause 88); • GST (see clause 134). •costs attributable to compliance with any environmental conditions imposed by any authority including Carbon Tax. Please make sure that you fully understand how the clauses dealing with each of these matters affect the Contract Price.

If you do not wish to continue using the Services after a price increase, you can cancel your enrolment any time before the price increase and your cancellation will be effective from the start of the following month.
Changes to Price. Up to the time of final payment for trips involving air transportation, GTO/GE reserves the right to increase the price of any program by the amount of any increase in its cost including (without limitation) increases in aviation fuel prices, air carrier tariffs, motor coach company tariffs, rates of currency exchange, energy surcharges, overseas costs, and applicable government taxes and fees. In trips not involving air transportation, GTO/GE reserves the right to pass on these increases at any time up to the beginning of the trip. I agree to pay such increases in price and understand that I shall not be entitled to cancel my reservation and receive a refund as a result hereof.
Changes to Price. The actual costs incurred for this amendment will be billed to HHSC separately. The contract Fee Ceiling calculation and limitations will not apply to this amendment and costs billed will not be included in the Retrospective Cost Settlement Audit. All pricing provided for both options below are subject to change based on changing requirements and actual conditions.

  • CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may need to change these terms to reflect changes in law or best practice or to deal with additional features which we introduce or to meet specific requests from our Customers. We will give you at least ten (10) days notice of any change by sending you an SMS or email with details of the change or notifying you of a change when you next start the App. If you do not accept the notified changes you will not be permitted to continue to use the App and the Service.

  • Changes to Services The Parties acknowledge and agree that there will be changes to the scope of the Services during the Contract Period. The Customer may amend the Stories that are comprised within the Minimum Marketable Features of a Release at any time during the Release at no additional charge and without adopting the Change Control Procedure set out in Clause 28 above provided that: the Customer shall not be entitled to make any changes to the Stories that form the subject of a Sprint following the mutual agreement by the Parties of the Sprint Plan for that Sprint; new Stories and/or changes to existing Stories may only be introduced if: existing Stories with an equivalent number of Story Points are removed; or existing Stories are reduced in size by the equivalent number of Story Points, such that the total number of Story Points for the Release remains constant throughout the Release. The Supplier shall consider any request by the Customer to increase the number of Story Points for a Release, and may, subject to the Change Control Procedure set out at Clause 28, agree to such request.

  • Changes to Service We may, from time to time, modify the Service to reflect improvements and other changes and modifications to our network. In addition, we reserve the right to discontinue or limit Service as required to comply with or satisfy our obligations under applicable laws or regulations, including when changes to or interpretations of such laws and regulations have a material, adverse effect on the business, technical or economic feasibility of providing Service, as determined by us in our reasonable judgment.
