Changes to Prices. A. Subject to the requirements of this section, Successful Respondent may change the price of any product or service upon changes to the List Price or MSRP, as applicable. Discount levels shall not be subject to such changes, and will remain consistent with the discount levels specified in this Contract. B. Successful Respondent may revise its pricing by publishing a revised pricing list, subject to review and approval by DIR.
