Changes to Requirements. 7.1 If either Party wishes to make changes to the Contract Particulars or to any other aspect of the Services, it shall submit details of the requested change to the other Party in writing. 7.2 If either Party requests a change to the Contract Particulars or the execution of the Services, Claremont shall, within a reasonable time, at its standard rates then in force, provide a written estimate to the Customer of: 7.2.1 the likely time required to implement the change; and 7.2.2 any variations to the Price arising from the change; and 7.2.3 the likely effect of the change on the Contract Particulars; and 7.2.4 any other impact of the change on the terms of the relevant Statement of Work. 7.3 The Customer shall use reasonable endeavours to advise ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in writing within 5 working days of receipt of the written estimate referred to in clause 7.2, whether or not the Customer wishes the requested change to be made. If the change is required, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not make the requested change until the Parties have agreed and signed a written agreement (“Change Agreement”) specifying; in particular, any changes to the Contract Particulars and the Price.
