Changes to the Platform. The Platform is still under development and may undergo significant changes over time. Although the project management team intends for the Platform to have the features and specifications set forth in the White Paper, changes to such features and specifications can be made for any number of reasons, any of which may mean that the Platform does not meet expectations of holder of the Tokens.

If an optional or beta feature is added to the Platform, Snappet will notify the Client’s Contact Person of the optional or the beta feature and the Client’s ability to activate or deactivate the feature. Snappet commits to ensuring the continued availability and basic functional performance of the Platform, regardless of any updates that may be implemented, other than standard maintenance during the summer or as set forth in Section 13(I).
Changes to the Platform. If we make changes that block or disrupt your ability to access or use the Platform, or if we materially change the way in which we offer the Platform, we will first provide you with a reasonable prior notice detailing these changes e.g. description of the changes, and the effective date of the changes, and your right to withdraw and terminate your relation with us with no additional cost. We may introduce changes to the Platform which do not materially reduce the functionality or performance of the Platform.

Busy Bees reserves the right to, at any time, review, improve, modify, update, upgrade, discontinue, impose limits, or restrict access to, whether temporarily or permanently, all or any portion of the Platform (including any content or information available on or through the Platform), effective with prior notice (where possible) and without any liability to Busy Bees. To the extent permitted by law, Busy Bees shall not be liable to you for any updates, upgrades, modifications to or discontinuance of all or any portion of the Platform.
Changes to the Platform. 5.1. From time to time we may automatically update the Platform and change the Content to improve performance, enhance functionality, reflect changes to the operating system or address security issues. Alternatively we may ask you to update the App for these reasons.
