Changes to these Terms and Conditions. 19.1 Except in exceptional circumstances (e.g. customer fraud or a security breach) the Programme and Us will provide You 60 days’ notice of any material change to this Agreement. Notice will be sent to the email address registered to Your Account. 19.2 Changes will be deemed to have been accepted unless You notify the Programme to the contrary before the proposed date the change comes into effect. Rejection of any proposed changes will amount to termination of Agreement and the cancellation of Your Account and Card.
