Common use of Character of Option Clause in Contracts

Character of Option. The Company grants to the Optionee the right, which hereby is designated as a “Nonqualified Stock Option,” to purchase all or any portion of the Optioned Shares, at the purchase price listed above (the “Exercise Price Per Share”), which price has been determined to be not less than the fair market value per share of the Stock on the date of this Agreement. The Option is subject to the terms and conditions stated in this Agreement and in the Plan.
