Common use of Charge Backs Clause in Contracts

Charge Backs. If a Card Holder disputes a charge to their credit card, or if an Account Holder disputes a charge to their account, including any resubmissions of any credit card or ACH transactions, Company agrees to cooperate with Customer and Customer’s payment processor in connection with Customer providing such documentation to the relevant financial institution and requesting resolution of the dispute; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer shall ultimately be solely responsible for resolving any such disputes with the Card Holder or Account Holder.
