Common use of CHARGES AND INVOICING Clause in Contracts

CHARGES AND INVOICING. a) The Customer must pay Kineo the Charges and comply with the payment terms and conditions in this Agreement. The Charges are exclusive of all taxes, which if applicable will be borne by the Customer. b) Kineo must invoice the Customer for the Charges in accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement, showing the calculation of the Charges to which, it relates.
