Charter Trips. Each athletic activity will be entitled to use charter buses for trips up to two (2) times during the regular season and for each playoff game. Each non-athletic student activity will also be permitted to use charter buses two (2) times during the school year. Any charter bus trips above the amounts set forth in this Article will be discussed with the OAPSE President. The maximums shall only be exceeded based upon the mutual agreement of the Superintendent and OAPSE President or if state or federal law prohibits the use of regular buses for the trip.
