6. Products not conforming to our quality will be rejected and recovery will be made based on Penalty clause.
7. Contractor must provide required manpower for the entire manufacture packing and storage process. Minimum of 25 workers per shift for the average production of 10,000 No’s of Kulfi bars should be provided.
8. Contractor should deploy healthy /mentally sound workmen for the production as per Government Labour Rules. Successful contractors should execute the work as per terms and conditions laid down by the federation.
