Sales of Alcohol are prohibited. Requests for periodic, regularly recurring use of the facility must be approved by the HOA. Rental Agreement: To reserve the Clubhouse, a Facility Rental Agreement must be completed, signed and returned to the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Assoc. Management Residents MUST be current on their homeowner dues in order to rent the facility.
