CHECK-OFF OF DUES. 3.1 The Employer agrees to deduct Association dues from the wages of each employee as qualified in Section 3.2 below. The Employer agrees to forward such dues to the account of the Association monthly. 3.2 The employee shall have the freedom of option to have their dues deducted, or not to have them deducted, by signing an authorization card to that effect, copies of which shall be given to the Employer and the Association for certification purposes. 3.3 Authorization forms shall be signed by each employee wishing to have dues deducted.
