Common use of Check Printing Clause in Contracts

For a period not to exceed four months after the Effective Date, Valero Refining will make available to VEC check printing services through the Treasury department of Valero Refining, provided that VEC will be responsible for the mailing of all checks printed by Valero Refining on behalf of VEC.
