Checked Baggage Clause Samples

The Checked Baggage clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding luggage that passengers hand over to a carrier for transport in the cargo hold. It typically outlines weight and size limits, liability for loss or damage, and procedures for claiming baggage at the destination. This clause ensures both parties understand their obligations and rights, helping to prevent disputes and clarify what happens if baggage is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit.
