Common use of Circular Clause in Contracts

Circular. A circular containing, inter alia, (i) further information on the Supplemental Master Purchase Agreement and the Sales Agreement; (ii) the notice of the EGM; (iii) the letter from Grand Vinco Capital Limited to both the Independent Board Committee and the Independent Shareholders regarding the Supplemental Master Purchase Agreement and the Sales Agreement and the transactions thereunder; (iv) the recommendation of the Independent Board Committee to the Independent Shareholders in connection thereto, will be despatched to the Shareholders as soon as possible. It is currently expected that the circular will be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 3 July 2015.

It is currently expected that the circular will be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 3 July 201513 January 2020.

It is currently expected that the circular will be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 3 July 20157 April 2017.

A circular containing, inter aliaamong other things, further information on (i) further information on the 2024 Supplemental Master Purchase Agreement and the Sales Agreement; (ii) the notice of the EGM; (iii) the letter from Grand Vinco Capital Financial Limited to both the Independent Board Committee and the Independent Shareholders regarding the 2024 Supplemental Master Purchase Agreement and the Sales Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereunder; and (iv) the recommendation of the Independent Board Committee to the Independent Shareholders in connection thereto, will be made available on the website of the Stock Exchange and the Company and despatched to the Shareholders (if necessary) as soon as possible. It is currently expected that the circular will be despatched made available to the Shareholders on or before 3 July 201513 November 2024.

It is currently expected that the circular will be despatched to the Shareholders on or before 3 July 201520 November 2023.
