Common use of City Code Clause in Contracts

City Code. The Sacramento Municipal Code as adopted by the City Council, as said Code may be amended from time to time, and the provisions of the Sacramento City Charter as it may apply to the provisions of the Sacramento Municipal Code and this Agreement, as said Charter may be amended by a vote of the electorate from time to time.
