Common use of City Code Clause in Contracts

City Code. “City Code” means the Code of the City of Richmond, Virginia, as amended, and all future amendments thereto, with all references to the 2015 codification thereof stated in these Infrastructure Conditions deemed to refer to the corresponding section number in the most recent codification thereof.
