This insurance will not pay for any interest. Every action or proceeding against an insurer for the recovery of insurance money payable under the contract is absolutely barred unless commenced within the time set out in the Insurance Act, or other applicable legislation. As a condition to the payment of benefits under this insurance, We will need certain information from You if You need to file a claim. This documentation will include, at a minimum and is not limited to, the following: • General Documentation – Receipts and itemized bills for all expenses. – Originals of any refunds or expense allowances received from Your tour operator, travel agency, Common Carrier or other entity.
