Claim notification. 3.1.1 The insured shall give notice in writing, or by an agreed electronic medium, to the insurer as soon as practicable and in any event within seven (7) days of receipt of any claim, suit or becoming aware of circumstances that could give rise to a claim under this policy or potentially result in the total limit of indemnity of the underlying insurance being reduced by twenty five percent (25%) or more, whether or not by way of settlement or claim reserve or otherwise. 3.1.2 Notice to the insurer must be given in writing to the claims notification addresses specified in the schedule.
