Claims from your customers. Unless otherwise agreed or provided in this Customer Agreement, all notices, instructions and other communications sent or given by us to you under or in connection with this Customer Agreement or any Transaction may be verbal or in writing and may be sent or given to your last known home address, place of work, telephone number (including by leaving messages on a telephone answering machine or voice mail system), fax number, e-mail address or other contact details.
