CLARIFICATION OF TERMS. A. The term “teacher” refers to all personnel covered by this Agreement. B. Non-renewal of contract shall be defined as a failure by the Board to issue a new contract to a teacher when the time specified in the teacher’s present contract expires and shall be pursuant to ORC 3319.11 and Section 15.02 or 15.03 of the Agreement herein below.
