Common use of Class Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Class Cancellation. 39.9.1 Where a Part time Casual Teacher reports for duty on any day on the basis of a request by an authorised Officer and then is advised that their services are not required or receive less than two hours’ notice of cancellation, the Teacher shall be entitled to receive payment for the scheduled duties.
