Common use of Class of Service Clause in Contracts

Class of Service. Each E-LAN service will be subject to Seller's Class of Service ("CoS") parameters to prioritize traffic in the event of congestion over a given port. Supplier will support PCP fields for purposes of selecting Seller's CoS designation. The following translations tables will apply: PCP ADS COS Based on this designation as set forth on the respective Service Order form, each frame will be assigned a Gold, Silver, or Bronze CoS. The specified CoS of a frame will determine the service level that applies to the service in Section 4 of this Supplement. If for any reason a CoS designation is not made at the time of order or if the frame has an undefined designation, a default designation may be assigned by Seller. For Buyer's locations which are served in whole or in part using Third Party Facilities, CoS may not be supported and all traffic originating from that location will be marked by a default designation assigned by Seller.
