Level of Service Clause Samples

The Level of Service clause defines the minimum standards or quality benchmarks that a service provider must meet when delivering services under a contract. It typically outlines specific performance metrics, response times, or service availability requirements, and may include remedies or penalties if these standards are not achieved.
