Class of Service. The “Class of Service” categories shall be defined as follows. Class A Supplier Provided Fiber – dual entrance Class B Supplier Provided Fiber – w/lateral or single entrance Class C non- Supplier Provided Fiber facilities – w/lateral or single entrance Chronic Trouble. Chronic Trouble exists when either: (i) three (3) or more separate periods of service interruption occur within the same calendar month; or
